KODAK Building 60 Stanley Street

The façade of this building in Stanley Street was refurbished, turning an underwhelming building with no street presence to a light airy retail outlet with great street appeal. Although the structure was simple, support of the unchanged upper levels was a key component of the design. Several carparks at the front of the building were eliminated and the extra area formed the basis for the new carpet outlet store.
